I went in for a spray tan. The staff was very helpful and didn’t try to upcharge or sell me any”extras.” They also walked me through the process of using the machine and gave me tips to help keep my tan last for several days. I will definitely be back.

Typical tanning salon. some staff are friendly, some not. some staff does not clean the beds as good as others.. the floors should be swept after every person in my opinion.. there is always a lot of hair & trash on the floor in the rooms….one time there was glass and I almost stepped on it right by the bed you clean the beds after every person why not clean the floors? I know you see that paper and hair and lotion that got splatter on that floor infront of the bed and behind the door. Rooms are not being checked after each use. They just clean the beds, ALL beds with the same towel over and over all day. There’s about 8 stations I believe that you could turn to change the music you want to listen to but lately there’s only 2 stations playing and you can barley here the music cause yall got it so low!! What’s up with that?

Old age saying fool my once…talked into a 3x spray tan and unknowingly was “extended” I only needed 2 and was told it would be cheaper for three. Went yes my fault a day late even though I spend extra not to smell, quick drying, slippers my third time. Also have new equipment. First time I did it very splotchy. Blamed it on myself because it was new. Second time same thing. Was willing to pay the extra amount like I have before just so I wouldn’t lose the third spray tan. Was told they’re under new management. Please check the reviews and the health safety. Apparently professional spray tans are the way to go. My daughter had a $25 tan and it looked more professional. Scary to think what there tanning beds look like.

The staff determine how long you are allowed to tan each day and even the increments in which you can increase regardless of your skin type. Staff is beyond rude – actually laughed condescendingly and implied if only I would purchase products I wouldn’t have to worry about getting tan. Counter staff acts as if they own the salon referring to it as “their salon” and even attempted to stop a paying member from tanning simply because they didn’t like what member said. Do not recommend.

I really liked it at first and was a member for several years. I even overlooked the staff trying to sell me something every time I came in, because I am able to say no and limit my purchases to what I need. The products are good and work well but are pricey. At the end of last summer I wanted to “freeze” my account which would lower my monthly fee until I wanted to tan again. I told the young lady at the desk what I wanted and she set me up for my tanning bed. I asked her if I needed to do anything else and she said no. I assumed all was fine. (This was at Harwood and Central) Before the month ended I even stopped by the location on 26 to make sure it was taken care of. The girl at the desk said she was new but that she thought it was ok. A couple of months later my husband asked when I was going to take care of lowering my tanning bill. I told him I had and he showed the bank statement that showed the full amount still being deducted.I went by the Harwood location and explained to the young lady there what happened. She said not to worry, that she had seen them refund money to people all the time. She couldn’t approve it and the manager was out. The next day when I checked she told me I couldn’t get a refund because there was no paperwork. We went back and forth. I was really shocked. After being a member for many years they just took my money. And the best part is that the next day ANOTHER full payment was taken out of my account. I went in and signed the papers to close my account.
