What I like about this location is that their “maximum time” for their Gold level and above beds is 12 minutes, instead of 10. Their Diamond level beds are also a notch above many of the other Dallas locations. Some locations have started the “diamond-platinum” level of beds and the way that appears to me is that they are stripping away some of the previously included “diamond level” beds to eek out another pricing level to grub some more money. What’s next? The super-duper-fabulously-uber triple gold diamond whacked bed line? Please… I’ve lost patience for this type of tactic and call it out whenever I see it, especially when prices are inflated. On the flipside of that coin, I’ll reward a business for not pulling that garbage.

By far my favorite Palm Beach Tan!! Krystal the store manager is absolutely amazing. She has gone above and beyond to make me feel welcomed anytime I enter the store. Within a week of coming in she greets me by my name every time now. It’s always clean and I never feel the pressure of the “sales pitch”, which makes me want to just buy more in this case. I would highly recommend this place if you want good quality tanning plus the outstanding customer service which is so rare these days!!

I purchased a upgrade just for 2 tans and I was not told by the person that I purchased it from that there was an expiration if not used with in 2 wks. When I came back to use the tans I was told the last one had expired. I explained to the girl working that I had been undergoing some medical issues and had not been able to come in and I didn’t know about the expiration. She was so nice and said she will ask a manger to allow me to use the upgrade when I come in next. I was not too please when the guy who sold me the upgrade didn’t tell me about the expiration but I am always impressed when someone makes something right . Thank you for the great customer service!

First time ever coming to this location and I will prob never come back. I called the day before to confirm the store hours and showed up right when they opened the next day and store was closed. I waited 30 min and still nothing. Waste of time!
