I’m a big fan and a longtime member of Palm Beach Tan! The staff is cheerful, helpful, and the facilities are clean and modern. One discrepancy however is the quality (and age) of the beds between one branch and the other in my town — unfortunately the branch located closest to where I work and live has the older, more dated beds. When I can I like to drive across town to lay in the bigger, more comfortable and modern beds – but often the time it would take to do that is prohibitive. I’d LOVE for both branches to have the same great quality beds!

I’ve been coming to the Dave Ward location since high school, before Palm Beach was ever a thing in Conway and I have NEVER IN MY LIFE been treated so rudely like I was this morning, by Kaley. Especially in front of another customer. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL. From the way I was talked to and lack of professionalism in front of others to her sitting at the counter with food every where not doing her job! COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED AND WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW ABOUT THE EXPERIENCE AND THE KIDS THAT ARE RUNNING THAT PLACE!!!!

Let’s be honest most of the reviews on here are probably their friends..The worst hours! You pay them to let you tan and they have the weirdest hours. I have never seen a tanning salon with hours like here! 645pm on a Friday!!!! The beds are old (supposedly getting new beds soon and raising prices) and warped, yes, warped beds! Oh AND they make you wait a full 24hrs before you tan again. Unlike other salons that let you go once a day, nope it’s once every 24hrs. So if you go 6pm every night but one night you’re running behind and get there at 7:30pm you won’t be able to tan again the next day unless it’s 7:30pm or later. Or you skip a day so you can tan 6pm again. Hope you change clothes and lotion up fast…you only get 3 minutes to prep! No mirrors in the rooms either. Never seen a tan salon operate like this.

This place is horrrible. Ive called their corporate number but never recieved a callback. When I was advised by a young kid that the ending date to my contract wasnt her responsibility to let me know before it ended. Since I was in there daily. I get a 30 min lunch and having to run back and forth to my car takes up alot of time. My question was can there be a reminder sent like all the other promotional stuff they send so i didnt have to waste time and could be ready to pay another month. Lets just say I left and wont be back. They dont care about the customers its only about $$
