This place has hands-down become my favorite place to tan. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. I came when they opened back up after quarantine and even though it was incredibly busy the staff remained calm, kind, and courteous. I highly recommend becoming a VIT and taking advantage of the VIT specific sales when they occur, it is very worth it!

I been going to sun factory for years, The prices are really good if you use the VIT. I wish they had more deals on upgrades though. It’s always very clean there and simple to check in. I still don’t like the 24 hour rule even though its the law, it is very inconvenient
