I love the Mystic tan that I get here. I will say I do wish they weren’t so pricey, I hate how they charge for every additional add in for your spray tan even when you have a package that auto drafts monthly but you end up having to pay when you come anyways. Because let’s be honest; the spray tan does not look near as good without these add ins. They help you not to be orange and for your tan to be more even. So the add-ins are a must for most people. And thats where they make their money charging for all that individually. I really wish they were just included in the package which you pay close to $89/month for unlimited sprays.

Woman behind the counter said I had a great tanning complexion. I’ve been tanning before I look like a stick of chalk. Should’ve never been in anything strong. Well she didn’t put me in a higher one said about 12 minutes. I said mam I am chalk like everywhere else I have been to tan at beginning will not let me stay in 5 to 7 minutes and still burn. Said something to my husband hotter bed 12 minutes. He’s so burnt can’t barely move. He is darker than I am. Found out I have sun poisoning from that tanning bed just saw my Dr. Will never come back. Beds weren’t cleaned well my tanning bed had to be reset 3 times for Sun Poisoning. I would suggest for the first or base tan go somewhere the have experience and Clean. I did use the Acual bathroom eww. No goggles either they don’t care about eye protection or I guess bring your own. Not going to be a repeat customer. You deserve to be fired or out of business…

Don’t pay with debit card unless you want a recurring monthly charge to your card that u used to pay for a friend that didn’t have cash on hand but not tell you or even let you know that was what they would do to you and of course PayPal don’t gaf that you never approved anything but the one time payment so just like me you’ll be sol and have to ask your friend to pay you back and tell them that they have to get an account somewhere that has a card bc they don’t discount cash payments apparently

Don’t look anywhere else ultra tan smoky park is The best place to go 2 of the staff member are amazing especially when you need help with something you can just tell they care about the people that come in Abby is amazing always willing to help with the tanning products and than Keri amazing that girl knows what she is talking about always helping and funny always brightens up the place every time I go she on top of everything always making sure it’s clean smells good and always willing to help and knows her tanning products always have a smile on her face just great at her job I will always recommend this place as long as they will be there

Very disappointed. There’s been 4 different times I’ve been trying to tan at this location and the one on tunnel road, yet they’ve been closed each time. What am I paying for exactly if I can’t tan. There was 3 times where it was before 7 o’clock and 1 time it was around 12. There business hours are 10-8 (I believe) so I don’t understand why they were closed MULTIPLE times. This is unacceptable.

Wow! I am absolutely dumbfounded at how horrible this tanning salon has become. I went in on Monday the 8th of this month, and will never set foot in this or any Ultra Tan again… I am a long term customer of theirs, and actually worked at the one in South Asheville years ago, part time. Many years ago it was clean, team was professional, the beds were very nice, and it was overall a wonderful place to tan. My experience Monday however, was entirely different. Lady behind the counter took 45 minutes to get me into the computer. She put me in a level 3 bed that had 2 of the 3 facial bulbs inoperable (of which I later found she knew and still kept the bed open). I got out, asked her to move me, and she explained that both of her level 2 beds were not working either. She moved me to a level 4, and it was filthy, ceilings falling above where construction wasn’t finished, and it made noises no one should hear in a tanning bed. I got out, and was there a total of two hours. I then called customer service to explain my experience, and they made no efforts to value me as a customer, or save the sale. I had the entire amount of my package, and my boyfriends, refunded in full. We are now tanning elsewhere, that is clean, proficient, and very relaxing. It is a shame this business has let themselves go, and does not value their lifetime customers! Do not go to this tanning bed, isn’t safe.
