Every time that my Fiance’ and I stop by, Carlee has been working. I just want you to know that she makes every experience great and always has a smile, even when loaded down with customers. She is knowledgeable on products and politely works to upsell them every time. I have literally seen her jogging between cleaning beds and greeting new arrival customers. I just hope the work she puts in doesn’t go unnoticed, because not every branch is so lucky. Please give her a raise or at least consider a bonus because she more than deserves it. I love the friendly knowledgeable staff here! They remember me and ask me how I’m doing with my lotion knowing I will need a new one soon. The beds are always clean and I haven’t ever had a bulb out in this salon in a long time which is so nice when your investing in your tan so much.
