We found our new barber Shop! I went in with my 2 sons, ages 9 and 11. We all got cuts, and they looked great! I was seen by Will, and he was excellent. He took his time and and made sure he knew exactly what I wanted. The boys had their hair cut by the owner who did an amazing job and was really good with kids. My boys loved the vibes and energy of the place. It is fitting that the barber shop is in the front space of an actual home, as the barbers are all very friendly and welcoming. When we walked in I was worried I would be the old guy in the hip young barber shop, but that was not the case at all. Definitely coming back!

Me and my 6 year old son went here for our hair cuts it was are first time at a barbershop. And it was awesome we look so fresh. Jt does a awesome job. And one of the other guys did my sons hair and it was equally great. We have been to alot of local places and no one was as good as these guys. We will definitely be back.

Big shout out to JT. i walked over with my son to get a haircut as a walk-in ( i should have made an appointment) JT offered to squeeze us in which was very kind. The place has good vibes and wicked tunes. JT is very professional with is cuts and with his personality as well. my son has never been to a barber and doesnt like his hair cut but JT made sure we had a great experience. 5/5 on the cuts and 5/5 on the experience. will come here again next time im in town.

I wish I could speak to the quality of a haircut but I haven’t got that far. There are multiple barbers here so this is only speaking to one but the first time I tried to schedule a time I was left with no response and the second time I showed up for our scheduled appointment and was told that time no longer worked. The place is cool inside and I like the location, the barber I spoke to was nice, and I’m sure they’re good people but my experience has been unprofessional.

This place is legit !!! I had an appointment with Vaughn and he knows what hes doing. The welcoming environment to the music all around great experience. I drove from west valley city and it was worth it. I definitely recommend this shop and can vouch for the barbers who work there. I will be returning again !!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been trying to call this place for months to schedule an appointment for my two baby brothers but for some reason never got anyone to pick up. Ive left voicemails with no call back or follow up ever. Finally I decided to just walk in to the shop one day with my boys. I was disappointed. The customer service was sub par and lack luster – they just seemed a little too cool. It says walk ins welcome on the sign outside but – it didn’t feel that way – we felt like an inconvenience at most. It was disappointing. There aren’t many Polynesian owned businesses in the valley – especially barber shops – my baby brothers are growing up in a primarily white neighborhood in Colorado and I hyped them up to come to the Pacific Kuts barbershop. I was hoping they would experience how great it is to be among successful entrepreneurial men of color from my own Polynesian community but my family really really just ended up feeling dismissed/secondary. It wouldn’t have taken much besides some proactive professionalism and customer service to make us feel like valued customers – but it felt more like we were intruding on a homies kickback – not entering a business where we were genuinely wanted and appreciated – We wanted to support a local minority owned business. Maybe they’re doing well enough that support from a family like ours doesn’t matter. Maybe we don’t fit the aesthetic. That’s cool with us if it’s cool with them as business owners.I’ve been trying to call this place for months to schedule an appointment for my two baby brothers but for some reason never got anyone to pick up.
