Me and my boyfriend went in for haircuts my boyfriend asked for a fade and Shelby, the hairstylist, shaved his head completely bald and one length and called it a fade. After she cut my hair I noticed she left long strands everywhere and it was choppy when we tried to go back the shop was already closed so we had to go buy scissors to fix the hair ourselves. I then called Monday and asked for a refund and Shelby agreed to it when we show up for the refund she decides she does not want to give us a refund because I had already fixed her mistake myself. she was very *SHOCKED* I didn’t wait the whole weekend and let her fix it Monday I had places to be and was not going to walk around with botched hair nor would I ever let her touch my hair again . She was very rude and unethical. Maybe she was just having a bad day as we all have but she could have at least taken responsibility and refunded my money like promised, for that there is no excuse. Considering she also tried to walk away in the middle of the conversation and make it the customers fault is ridiculous because in fact the only reason we were there was because of her mistake. I could say a lot more of what happened but this is the main agenda.
