This was my first time here and my first time getting a gel manicure. I normally get acrylic. The man who did my nails said he couldn’t do the ombre nail design, which was no problem I had a back up and went with that instead. However, I feel like for $60 the underside of the nails should be filed better and better looking than the final product. And after seeing the pictures on the reviews, I think it’s a little disappointing. I’ve paid less for better work than this and I recently got them fixed today by another nail tech.

I liked the shop and the workers. I really appreciated they wanted to make sure to do what was best for my nails not just concerned about taking my money. They were very friendly. I’m bummed my mani didn’t even last a day though 🙁

Absolutely amazing job both times we have gone. My pedicure is by far the best I have received. The time she put into the massage and the care she took to make sure it was what I wanted was astounding. My fingers are also stunning and done with great care! I cannot brag enough. I wanted to try this place out since it had really good reviews on Google. I arrived just a little bit after 9:30am on a Saturday, it wasn’t busy they, and they open at 9:00 am. I think there was maybe four customers there. They greeted me quickly and were able to sit me down for a pedicure right away. The offered water, candy and the place was pretty clean, but they did just open. Their customer service is great. I went for the most expensive pedicure which is $50 plus gel $10. In hindsight I would have given up the hot stones, hot towels, lotion and massage, if I didn’t have to come home and file down some rough spots. One nail was just cut jagged. But yet she cut them down with a nail clippers and filed them. I work two jobs and I’m on my feet a lot and the outer side of my big toe gets calloused. I really wanted to give this place 5 stars, but I had to point out that it was still rough even though, callous removal is included in the pedicure I requested. At that point the owner , (i believe) came and filled a little out something on my foot and off i went, to go finish it myself, at home. I still paid $60 and gave a tip. Just because of their customer service, I will give them another try at some point…

Had a gel mani there today and the woman I had did a meticulous job, especially with my cuticles. If my cuticles aren’t done properly, they split and I bite them. My tech was very thorough but was gentle as well. Everyone was very friendly and nice. Love my Pride nails! Will definitely be coming back!

Pedicures were great but the set with gel was awful. We showed the nail tech the photo and they gave us a disaster. I wanted to like this place so bad, everyone seemed so nice.
