Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismThey get one star for the staff beong courteous at previous appointments. I have been an established general practice patient for more then 4 years. When I had an urgent need to reschedule an appointment they would not return my calls and then said the next appointment was 2-3 months out and they would not refill my blood pressure and blood sugar medicine in the interim. Since my health is dependent on those medications I was forced to seek out a new doctor’s office.They may treat weight loss patients better but I would not recommend for general practice needs.They get one star for the staff beong courteous at previous appointments. They get one star for the staff beong courteous at previous appointments. I have been an established general practice patient for more then 4 years. When I had an urgent need to reschedule an appointment they would not return my calls and then said the next appointment was 2-3 months out and they would not refill my blood pressure and blood sugar medicine in the interim. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThis clinic goes out of their way to make things convienent for the patient. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They are very efficient in making the best of your time. I recently had to Covid test which was setup very conviently and was done in a matter of minutes. This same process took three and a half hours to complete at another location. This clinic goes out of their way to make things convienent for the patient. The staff is always very nice and helpful. They are very efficient in making the best of your time. I recently had to Covid test which was setup very conviently and was done in a matter of minutes. This same process took three and a half hours to complete at another location. They really listen to what you have to say and help you.I’ve always avoided doctors like the plague but now if I’m having any problems I don’t feel like putting it off as much. They listen to you & always come up with the best solution for you. They are the only reason I’ve been able to stay focused on my weight loss journey this time. 🙂
