Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityOumy does good work but she is very unprofessional. She doesn’t appreciate good customers. I live an hour a way from her shop and every time I make an appointment I always have to wait for one reason or another. When I’ve made appointments with her specifically to do my braids she’s had her sister do it instead because she had “other things to do”. Don’t get me wrong, her braids as well as her sister’s braids are really neat and nice but when I told her that the last time her sister braided my hair the parts weren’t straight and that’s how I wanted it to be done next time she took great offense to that for no reason. At the end of the day I am a paying customer so it’s ultimately what I want and I usually always give a tip. I am a good customer and expect to be treated with respect. She didn’t value my time or appreciate me as a customer which is very unfortunate because it is your clients that allow you to have a business. Oumy does good work but she is very unprofessional. She doesn’t appreciate good customers. I live an hour a way from her shop and every time I make an appointment I always have to wait for one reason or another.
