All of our tanning solutions contain ingredients that are gluten-free, soy-free, paraben-free, vegan, animal friendly, and 99% kosher. Would leave 0 stars if I could. I booked an appointment to do a trial bridal tan and when I booked online it said a request was put in for the appointment and I would receive a confirmation when it was booked. I never received a confirmation. So in my mind, there was no appointment. Fast forward to the day of the appointment I tried to book and I noticed a $40 charge on my card. I reached out and was told that I was charged bc I missed the appointment. Well I didn’t know I had an appointment! I showed her screen shots from my email proving that I received only one email from her system and it was not a confirmation. She refused to refund my money and offered 25% off another tan (yeah because that would be a real comfortable situation for me after the way she treated me). She says her system sent me confirmations, BUT THEY DID NOT. I would’ve been at the appointment if that were the case. Horrible business practice. I booked a tan with another place and go on Tuesday, and guess what? I got a confirmation email and a reminder email about my appointment, shocking!
