My two daughters and I were excited to try a new nail place. Unfortunately, our experience was not the best. My older daughter had a gentleman that was amazing and paid so much attention to detail (thank you)! My younger daughter and I had a couple others that were very rude and rushed both our manicures and pedicures. The girl that my younger daughter had wouldn’t barely respond to a “thank you” that we offered…was watching a show on her phone that she placed on her nail cart as she was doing her nails. I had two separate people…and we had an appt and a walk in was taken ahead of me. I got about at 20 second massage on my feet/legs and was done before my daughters who started well before me. When I went to pay, which was very expensive, I was asked if I had cash for tips!!!! Really? I always tip and tip well…almost thought about not tipping, but of course I did tip. We will NOT be going back here again! Awful!!!!! I was just hoping for a great experience before we head out on a special vacation. All in all, it is what it is, but come on!

Awful!! Did not do what my daughter and I wanted. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did not do it at all. My daughter told them how she wanted a total of 3 hearts and they did ALL hearts. I told them how I was unhappy with the result and they charged me $131.. so upset.

Tammy is the worst. I did a gel X. She rushed on my nails..I had to ask her to cut my cuticles and clean my nails before putting on the nails..:she couldn’t do a basic curved tip design and she made my cuticles bleed……I walked out of there not happy at all. I rather drive to downtown LA and pay $20 more and walk out happy. It was the worst feeling ever. On top of it they try to up sell you…BEVER AGAIN…no wonder they have a 3.5 start rating….I just waisted $70 on my hands and I hate it …I’m so sad

Went to organic nail salon spa with four people and our pedicures were fine but our manicures were horrible. We got the dip powder and acrylics. And our dip powder is literally starting to come off like 3 days later. And when I asked her if we could do acrylic powder to where they do it like acrylics she looked at me like I was retarded. Critical: Quality, ValueI came in for a full set and a pedicure. I almost walked out paying $100! This place is expensive and they try to get you. I asked for regular white acyrlics and she charged me $60. She used the excuse that it was because I asked for an almond shape, they came out nice but its definitely not worth $60. Then when I asked how much a regular pedicure is without gel, she said $30, I could get them done for cheaper anywhere else. Its a nice clean place but too expensive and I hate when they rip you off. I have been here multiple times and at first they were nice and the nails looked good. I stopped coming here because some of the staff was rude and the nails looked rushed even part of my nails were not completely painted. I came here for acrylics for the first time after not being here for awhile and she filed down a lot of my skin to the point where I got deep cuts. The lady who started my nails pointed to my face right away and had the audacity to ask what was wrong with my face. During getting my nails done they switched ladies and the second one was a lot nicer and painted my nails and had them and front of a fan. The first lady told me to move while letting them dry and scolded me while getting my nails done because I accidentally moved she knew she was filing my skin and that I was bleeding but insisted on continuing being rough.

Anthony did a great job on my nails. He paid attention to details and took his time. The place is very clean and there is a nice variety of nationalities that come in there. Their prices are reasonable too. The only reason I deducted a star was because I got the gel nails done 4 days ago and two of them have already chipped. A gel manicure usually last me at least 2 full weeks.
