I have been to various places for juvederm and this is by far the best and my most favorite place where I’ve had the procedure for lip enhancement. The doctor gave intelligent input on what she thought was best for me, however listened to every detail of what I wanted for myself. She was patient with me, answered all of my questions and ensured that I left satisfied. My lips came out perfect! The office was clean and the staff was extremely friendly. The best! Have been here twice over the last few years to correct my uneven cheeks. The results look totally natural and I finally have a symmetrical face! She makes recommendations but is never pushy. I’ve also tried Botox and eye/lip fillers and am equally pleased with the results. The often have specials which helps you save on treatments. I recommend her to all my friends.

Dr. Kearns’ laser treatments have helped me so much! When I first started coming to her for photofacials, my skin was breaking out and I had severe papular and cystic acne that I consistently extracted and it would cause scarring. When I consistently get acne treatments from her, my skin looks amazing and so clear! I couldn’t be happier with Dr. Kearns’ laser treatments!

OUTSTANDING! I went to see Dr.Kerns after reading a few reviews on here and reading how attentive she was. She most certainly was and more. I confess this is the 3rd time I’ve had a little ‘tweaking’ done, particularly with JDerm ( not a fan of the snake poison). In any case, I was concerned and worried because the last occasion I had bruising AND the doctor hit a vein in my lip which caused it to turn blue and swell quite dramatically which lasted over a week! Naturally, I did not want that to happen again and Dr. Kerns expertise, care and precision gave me THE BEST result I have ever had. She lets YOU guide the entire process, always checking in the mirror to see if you are happy. There was ZERO selling of anything and she really listened to my requests. I’m happy to say that I also had ZERO bruising and very minimal swelling, so little in fact, with a little make-up after, I left the office looking great and feeling great. I highly recommend Dr. Kerns, a true professional and very very skilled in what she does. 5 STARS! Thanks Dr. Kerns, still feeling great and so happy with my results! 🙂

My mother is 70 years old, and with the help of Dr. Kerns, she now looks like she did about 15 years ago. The process has taken a little time, she has been coming since this past July, but the results have been well worth the time. My mother also loves Dr. Kerns, and enjoys spending time with her. This weekend, she told Dr. Kerns that she will miss being in the spa, and is upset that she cannot come next weekend.

I went to Orchid Aesthetics on July 21st, 2010 and Dr. Kerns was not there. Melissa is the one that said I had age spots and told me to get IPL Laser. I didn’t even know she wasn’t Dr. Kerns. She had the machine on high and burned my face. I told her after the procedure that my skin was hurting and she said it’s NORMAL.

I’d been seeing my first baby wrinkles, so I asked what treatment would be appropriate for my fair, sun-damaged skin. I explained I never got spa treatments an didn’t know what to expect. The woman I saw recommended IPL (a laser treatment) and started in. She didn’t warn me that it might hurt, or that the whole point of IPL is to remove spots (aka my cute freckles!). Once it was over, she told me I had to stay out of the sun for 10 days. What if I had been about to take a trip to Aruba or run a marathon?

Used a groupon yesterday for a facial. The most perfunctory facial I’ve ever had, done by Dr Kerns herself. She doesn’t believe in extraction, and wasn’t willing to deal with one stray hair (no tweezers in office??!!) Worse was being a captive audience for 40 minutes and being pitched nonstop deals for treatments, products, etc.
