If I could leave zero stars I would. They lack professionalism and have zero communication skills. They don’t return a customer’s phone call after leaving multiple voicemails and only communicate via text. They canceled my appointment due to someone being sick but you know the minute a customer cancels due to illness you are charged the whole amount and are out of luck. They did not make rescheduling the appointment an easy and convenient for their customer. I would not recount his place to anyone I know.
