Critical: Professionalism, Quality10/10 DO NOT recommend. I used to love this salon but my most recent experience was AWFUL. One of the stylists has a hair extension brand (Rose and B) and I had 3 rows of them put in my hair at the end of July. When the stylist put them in they didn’t match my hair color at all. I pointed it out and she commented “oh yeah you’re right they don’t” as she continued to blow dry my hair. I also didn’t like the texture and quality of the hair which again I pointed out multiple times. She told me to “let the color grow on me” and said after a wash or two the hair will feel healthier and sent me on my way. I reached out a few times in the next couple days trying to at least get the color corrected and never heard back. I now know I could’ve been refunded the $600+ I spent just on the hair extensions alone within 7 days after they were put in had the stylist told me the refunding process when I voiced multiple times how unhappy I was. I reached out to the stylist who started the hair extension brand (Rose and B) they used and she pretty much said sorry but no refund even though you were and still are unhappy and the other stylist didn’t tell you what our refunding process when you had them put in. Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWent in to the salon to schedule a haircut – stylist took down my name & number and told me someone would be reaching out to book an appointment by the end of the day. I’ve waited a week without a response. Went in to the salon to schedule a haircut – stylist took down my name & number and told me someone would be reaching out to book an appointment by the end of the day. I’ve waited a week without a response. The stylists are clearly not interested in taking on new clients – I just wish they would’ve been honest and told me instead of keeping me hanging waiting for a call back.
