I was so hesitant of going to another nail salon after being with my former tech for 5 years straight. However, me moving an hour and thirty minutes away pushed me to find another salon. So I decide to try this salon. I called ahead to make sure they service dip nail.Not a lot of salons service dip nail. So I went, they didnt have a long wait. I asked the young lady do they dip the nail in the jar or do they use the brush. She didnt understand. Which was no issue. My nail tech does both. Its unsanitary to dip EVERYONE’S finger in the same jar. (My opinion.) (Some people dont wash their hands before coming into the nail salon.) I didnt like that the dip didnt go to my cuticle and she didnt clean around the nail. But, ok. Anyways next two days my thumb and middle finger chipped. That should not happen with dip nail. The paint chipped off. I went back and got it fixed. Later that day my pinky and ring fingernails chipped. I am very picky when it comes to my nails. Even when it comes to the brand of dip powder. I prefer Kiara Sky. Maybe it was the brand. So I will be driving an hour and thirty minutes every month to get my nails done. I will have more color selection as well. (My favorite…glow in the dark.) This salon may be good for you but not me. Maybe their eyebrows services are better. I’ll try that. I always give everyone a chance.

I had a horrible experience. The shop was very dirty, they didn’t even clean the area from the person before me. I waited over an hour, which is fine because I was a walkin. But when I asked for medium length acrylic ombré nails they quoted me $95. Nothing extra or special just nude ombré. I’ve paid that for something different on each nail but not for just ombré. When I argued that the price on the wall for what I was asking for was $55 they said the extra was for the length. I didn’t get long nails. not only that but ombré doesn’t look right on super short nails. He cut more than half of the nail off for my length and that $55 was only for nails as short at to my finger. So I asked for plain white instead and he said $85 again $40 over what the wall quoted just for length. If he didn’t already glue the nails on I would have walked out. I will never be going back.

I stopped going to this shop after going for several months. Today I went in for a nail cut down , only because it was closer than my shop I usually go to which is almost a hour away. Big Mistake ! The nail tech had no knowledge of how to even cut my nails down and now my nails are all different lengths and they are so bumpy and misshaped. I wouldn’t go back here for anything else idc if it’s the only nail salon on the PLANET! They just let anybody do nails in there.

They just randomly close during their scheduled business hours, and because of their blacked out glass, you can’t tell until you pull on the door. That’s too inconvenient and frustrating to risk bothering anymore.Big bummer, bc Leona is really great.

Poor customer service. Walked in around 10:00am and the receptionist asked what I would like. I responded saying a full set and pedicure. She said ok and went back to what she was doing. I stood waiting and then asked how long it would take. She said “Oh, not until around 3:30p.m.” Even others waiting looked up in surprise. So I guess she was just going to leave me standing there. I am from out of town but visit often. I won’t be returning. They lack basic manners.

First time ever coming to the shop and I enjoyed myself. Nail tech named Viet was funny and did a great job repairing two chips on my natural nails. Had my first overlay done on my nails. Viet was gentle with his tools and when he was done you couldn’t tell where the repairs had been done! Overall, the staff are friendly and the environment is very nice! Viet does a really nice job with natural nails!
