OMG I am never going to Oasis again. First I went to the location on Sprague. I thought it was fine until I went home and straightened it. My hair was uneven and there were chunks she missed and it was just terrible. The girls on Montgomery were nice enough to “fix” it for free. Once again I straightened it and it’s so bad. I want to cry I want to scream. $55 the first time for cut and tip. Another $20 for tip the second time. Now I have to go drop a bunch more money to have a real stylist fix my hair

Please go to see Melissa at Argonne Village location. She patiently spent such a long time for my balayage and cut even after the salon closed… My hair turned out just the way I wanted and I am so satisfied. Her personality and skill are outstanding, I was actually impressed with her multi- tasks ability communicating with me and doing her job at the same time so well. They got us in quickly which was great and the gals did a great job my girls were happy but the price was outrageous for a cut and color. Especially when only a section of their hair was colored it still cost almost $300 for two kids I would expect that for a full head. The stylist graciously gave me a discount without me even asking probably because it was such a little amount of hair. Call me out of touch with reality but I would never go back based off of the pricing structure alone even thought it’s posted you have no idea what exactly they are going to charge you for because it’s all a la carte or what level your stylist is so it’s a total surprise. Some advance info would be great.

Literally the worst haircut (was supposed to be a trim) I have ever had. She completely cut off all my hair and didn’t notice how short it was until it was too late. Then I was so in shock at how horrible it was, I couldn’t even say anything to her, I just left. I gave her a picture, the same picture I give all stylists, and it looks nothing like what I asked for. Thank you for making me look like a man Melissa.
