I scheduled an appointment at this salon spontaneously. My hair color was faded copper brown. I asked if my hair could be taken to a nice dimensional ash blonde. My natural color is ash blonde and I had about an inch of regrowth. Through discussion, we opted to do highlights and then tone my hair. The whole process took 5.5 hours and although I do appreciate the time investment and the effort, I was not happy at all with the outcome. Highlights were chunky and some had to be redone and broken up. My hair was toned too much and looking slightly green/copper with cool toned, very light bright highlights—a color combination that does not go well together at all. I did show pictures prior to the start of this and the outcome looked nothing like the pictures. After everything, I did not ask to have anything done further as I was tired and unsure if it could be fixed. I did have to go to another salon a couple days later to have my hair highlighted again and have some of the toner washed out with clarifying shampoo. This was an expensive ordeal and if you’re interested in something similar, I would just recommend saving your money and going somewhere else.
