This is by far the worst manicure i have ever gotten in NY. They filed my nails too short to the point where it hurt when i told them specifically not to make them too short. They also applied the polish in a way that showed streaks all over my nails and when i told them i didnt have time to use another colour they told me it was my nails that weren’t smooth. I use that same Esse Ballet Slippers polish at every salon i go to. I asked for my money back or at least part of it and they refused. I’ll never come here again and will definitely not recommend it to anyone. What a waste of time and $18 with a side of awful customer service.

The lady worked on my hands then started counting money, then talked to her boss if she should change to another client. Wasn’t a very good job and bad service. Terrible experience.
