I bought a Groupon for this salon and after calling multiple multiple times over 2 months and leaving various voicemails they would not get back to me. Unfortunately the Groupon was non refundable and since I couldn’t get an appt with them it expired and the money went to waste. Who doesn’t respond for 2 months? Poor poor poor business. Don’t waste your time or money.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI’ve had Lynda cutting and coloring my hair for a long time. So long I don’t recall when I switched to her after a referral from a friend. I have never had to use the computer to make an appointment so I can’t reply to the prior reviews. However; Lynda is very good at what she does. I make my appointment before leaving her shop. I have very fine straight blonde hair. At 51, my hair is healthier and more full than it has ever been in my life. I contribute it to Lynda’s care. She knows my hair so that she can recommend cuts and styles that work with my hair type and texture. She can give me highlights that look natural and grow back in without roots growing back with a defined growth line. Since having Lynda care for my hair, all I do is blow dry and go. The stylist messed up highlighting in first application and then proceeded to do it again after accepting her mistake. But at end charged me $40 extra for her mistake.

NuStylz really?? Like really? Im not the person you want to insult. Don’t blame your customers for a time they cannot make when they CANNOT even CHOOSE the time they want to come in. The computer automatically picks it for you, and YOU know that! It’s your company!!! I not only sent you a message when I booked the appointment (2 weeks ago)asking for a time change, after I realized I couldn’t pick my time, I also called you 2 days prior. Then you call ME the day of and grill me on appointment time, and tell me next time pick a time you are able to make? Then tell me you have to go back and find my message?? Are you kidding?? First off, Do you really think I’m going to make an 8AM appointment KNOWING I have a child who needs to be at school by 8? Second, do you even check your messages?? Please don’t play me for stupid. And ANSWER YOUR PHONE!!!! Im beyond angry at this point! Very unsatisfied!! Bad business practices!!

Never answer their phone, never called me back, the online booking system is awful. I have a Groupon but I’m not going to use it- not worth the hassel of even making an appointment. If you can’t call a customer back, you don’t deserve their business.
