At Nouveau Medspas a Board Certified Physician with over 25 years of experience consults with every patient to create a comprehensive plan that addresses the needs of that patient. We have a wide range of services and years of experience treating patients. We use advanced cannula techniques for fillers; xeomin and Botox for paralytic agents, Deep TCA Obagi Blue Peels, C02 laser, Mona lisa laser, Sculpsure body contouring, Tempsure radio frequency, ICON IPL, 1064 Yag for spider veins anywhere on the body including the face, 1540 non ablative laser for stretch marks, skin tightening and scars, an IV Bar and much more.

We offer b12 and skinny shots along with a full IV Bar of customized Iv’s
Chemical peels
We offer multiple peels customized to your needs . Our physicians perform the ZO Blue Peel with 20 %-28% TCA which reaches the reticular dermis and the upper reticular dermis. This is the best way to tighten and thicken skin without a facelift.
HydraFacial
Everyone loves a hydraFacial performed by our RN , BSN . Exfoliates, extracts, and gives you a superficial glycolic acid peel. Leaves your face smooth clean and feeling delicious
IPL photo facial
We have the best IPL machine on the market. Icon by cynosure. If you have brown spots the facial Max G IPL is a great way to irradicate them. Brown spots on the body, hands, arms, legs can all be removed with the Max Y hand-piece.
IV therapy
Come on in and have a consult for our many customized IV’s for energy, immune function, stress, hydration, osteoarthritis, chronic neurological problems, we offer many things for wellness and many conditions.
Spider vein treatments
we use the 1064 Yag laser to eradicate spider veins on the face , chest, legs, abdomen . occasionally we use sclerotherapy but the YAG works better.
Botox, Xeomin,
We offer Both Botox and Xeomin as paralytics agents. We always have both but most patients prefer Xeomin paralytic agent which takes effect sooner, is less expensive, and generally lasts longer.
Sculpsure Body Contouring | No down time | Heat the fat & lose an average or 24 % of your fat in any area each treatment

Our RN, BSN performs the 3 step which is a 10% TCA peel with Alpha hydroxy acids . Very effective peel which is more superficial then the ZO Blue peel and can be purchased as a single peel or in a package of 3 peels . Very effective for superficial pigmentation, improves texture, and acne scars.

Mona lisa touch is a painless vaginal Co2 laser procedure that has greatly improved and may time irradiated vaginal dryness, urinary incontinence, urge to urinate and painful intercourse in 99% of our patients. this treatment requires 3 treatments separated by 6 weeks. We have seen great success.
Treatment of erectile dysfunction, Peyronie’s disease
Erectile dysfunction is frequently due to loss of nerve function or blood flow if the patient has an adequate testosterone level. We have ben very successful treating ED with the Priapus shot , an in office procedure with no down time
Treatment of women’s sexual dysfunction

This spa is a wonderful addition to the harbor! I recently visited the spa for a Vitamin B shot and then for an immune boost IV. Dr. Rubin is extremely knowledgeable and can assist in identify treatments that can be helpful for whatever area you are looking for improvement. As a person with an auto immune disease it has been helpful to explore alternative methods of improving my health. The staff is super friendly and works together to make your experience the best it can be. I have plans for future treatments including the NADS IV therapy. They offer so many choices that there is something for everyone .

The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and Dr. Rubin’s expertise and warm demeanor has always helped me feel comfortable in her hands.
