Made an appointment two weeks to have a pedicure I had to call back to change it during both phone calls They could not hear me. so we had to call back three times they still had a hard time hearing me. Then for unforeseen reasons I needed to cancel fine tried to call to cancel they couldn’t hear me. When I called back the following week to make a new appointment the owner was not very pleasant at all and I told her her phones were out that’s why I couldn’t cancel and she was again not pleasant it was not accommodating whatsoever and when I have gone there in the past I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for my appointments there are other salons that are much better.

Worst nail salon experience yet. Made an appointment for a powder gel manicure and regular pedicure. I showed up 5 min early and didn’t get my manicure finished because according to the manager/ owner “it was taking too long” to do exactly what I scheduled the appointment for (gel powder manicure regular pedicure). The manager/owner was completely rude and visibly upset when I asked my nail to file down some of the powder gel bc it was so thick and lumpy, noticeably much thicker than my actual nail bed. She then questioned the tip I left for my pedicure (which she did not do and was a 15% tip) telling me it wasn’t enough. Essentially I paid $66 plus tip for an incomplete awful manicure and beyond poor customer service. Safe to say I won’t be back. They don’t deserve the 1 star honestly.
