Critical: Quality, ValueIf I could give Zero stars I would. We took our son into Norm’s and showed him a picture of what he wanted. We said just a trim on the top and he cut 3 inches off. The fade is very uneven. We are going to have to take him somewhere else to get it fixed. When we spoke with Norm about it he said he doesn’t do refunds and then hung up on me. I’m not gunna lie, Norm seems like a really nice guy, but I told him exactly what I wanted, he did okay on the sides, but took waaay too much off the top, and I even have hairs that still reach down to my nose.
