Absolutely love this salon! Everyone is friendly, professional and fun. They always seem to be busy but I never have a problem booking my preferred appointment and you can do it online! Easy peasy! For a little extra they offer fun effects like the cat’s eye collection of colors. Highly recommend Noire!

My daughter went to get her nails done and she paid $90 for full set! Horrible job! I had to ask to get them fix and they did but the results… she is very disappointed (she paid with her allowance). meanwhile they gave me a pedicure and the result was horrible. not only that, it looks like one of my nieces painted my nails (ugh), not to mention that there were children running, screaming and crying all over the place (their own children). oh! Of the 5 people there, only one spoke a little English so it is almost impossible to communicate with the technicians. I will not return to this place

David looked at a photo I had and did exactly that. He was very fast but thorough and did a great job. They weren’t pushy like some places trying to sell you different services and the charge was exactly what the website said. At other places I never know what I may pay because they tack on charges. I have been coming to noire salon since it opened. I understand it takes time to establish a well reputable business but that comes with good employees who are good at what they do. I never complain and through the time of coming here I have made friends with the front desk girl. I have had to get two replacement nail fills and I never complained. But this last time was it. I came on a Saturday nobody was busy and they took me on back. The guy didn’t dry my nails not even a full time let alone twice. No filing,no trimming,no cleaning behind tips. And as another customer walked in he literally threw me out of the chair. I contacted them and made an appointment for a fix. Mia takes me on back and tells me one nail needs to be replaced. That’s fine. I wish he would of said that two days ago and I wouldn’t have to pay more this time and waste more time and money I don’t have. I said ok but I guess she didn’t understand even after the front desk girl came and explained to her I could do it. No. She mumbled something under her breath and hurryed to put color on and didn’t even put cuticle oil or wipe hands off. When I asked the lady at front desk what was going on she said Mia was in a bad mood for some reason. Well guess what! I am too! I pay and give tips and I am tired and hate dealing with people as well. But it’s your job. Maybe if you didn’t have a daycare on the back room and competent employees you wouldn’t be. I won’t be back like everyone else is going to hi nails etc.

I have SNS nails and went in to see if they could do a fill. It’s listed on their menu of services but they don’t really do it. They want to do a new set of the SNS each time….much more expensive. They said they would do the fill but just filed them down and did a gel coating. That was two hours ago and the white tips of my French manicure is already chipping off. Very unhappy and now I will have to have them redone at another place.
