My mother and I got our nails done at another place. We came here to take them off after a month of wearing them. As soon as we sat, the male nail tech said something in their language to the other nail tech. Both laughed and it was obvious they were talking about us…. or at least it seemed like it. He kept on saying something throughout the whole time we were there. It made my mom and I feel uncomfortable. It made us think they he was mad because we didn’t spend money by getting our nails done there. We just wanted them off and nothing more to it. Hopefully management will read this and re-train these two male techs. I usually don’t write negative reviews, but we both felt unwelcomed and uncomfortable there by this behavior.

My pedicure with Elizabeth was great and she was so nice. Then the acrylic fill in started and Kim who is apparently the owner didn’t do a great job. She needed to fix one of my nails bc it was popping off from a previous nail appointment somewhere else and almost didn’t apply a tip but only use the monomer and polymer to create the edge which no ones ever done before and I’ve been begging my nails done for 15 years. Nails were crooked (supposed to be almond shape), not painted well, and she seemed super rushed. Wouldn’t recommend her.

Came in for dip powder with Vivian. Out of the hundreds of colors they have they didn’t have what I wanted. I settled on one that was close. After 4 days my dip job is cracking and looks terrible. My regular salon dip nails last me about 6 weeks. I won’t be coming back here. Either their product is defective or their nail tech is. Dip powder

They do pretty good work but their customer service is nonexistent. I am new to the area and found them on my 3rd try of salons near Punta Gorda. I have been going there roughly every two weeks to get my nails done and as a customer who is spending her hard earned income I expect certain things. Politeness and good work are top of the list, and the lack of the former is the reason for my unhappiness. I understand they are busy but it gives no excuse for rudeness and disrespect.
