Critical: ProfessionalismI went to get my hair done I showed her the picture, she even took a picture of the picture I showed her on my phone. I was getting knotless and I wanted a middle part I told her I wanted them long she told me no, I said okay. When she started my hair she blow dried it my hair was already blow dried and I asked her not to, she insisted, even though my hair was clearly already blow dried, mind you these people are very rude and rough. When she reached the top of my head she asked me where I wanted my part I said in the middle she said she was giving me a side part, I didn’t understand the point the point of her asking if she was gonna give me a side part. I didn’t ask for a side part and the picture showed that there wasn’t a side part it was a middle part, but I let her give me a side part because she refused to give me a middle part. After she was done the ends of my hair was not dipped the right way and they weren’t the same length, I was so upset because I spent 200 dollars on something I wanted a certain way and I told her how I wanted it. I went to get my hair done I showed her the picture, she even took a picture of the picture I showed her on my phone. I was getting knotless and I wanted a middle part I told her I wanted them long she told me no, I said okay. Critical: Punctuality, QualityWhen arriving at the location 2 other people showed up at my same appointment time ,my hair didn’t get started till an hour after my 8:30am appt she started doing my hair and was VERY heavy handed . I was getting 6 feedin braids as I sent her a picture of what my hair looked like before I took it out and she stated she can do it so I took my hair out cause I wanted a fresh look for a upcoming trip. When I look at my hair half way done it was horrible the braids were really big and the ends looked a mess as I told her before showing up I wanted long braids past the middle of my back I get these type of braids all the time and this was not the process. She then had another girl so my hair who was okay but braids very tight but I had no choice and no one else or the time to look and now I see why I don’t go to these shops anymore. When arriving at the location 2 other people showed up at my same appointment time ,my hair didn’t get started till an hour after my 8:30am appt she started doing my hair and was VERY heavy handed . I was getting 6 feedin braids as I sent her a picture of what my hair looked like before I took it out and she stated she can do it so I took my hair out cause I wanted a fresh look for a upcoming trip.
