Certain employees seem to be bothered and have an attitude when one asks for a specific employee to do their brows. I once asked for a specific employee (because she does an amazing job!) and was told she’ll be in soon, 20 minutes I was told. So I came back 30 minutes later and still no sign of her. I had some where to be so I asked the lady currently working to do my brows (seeing that she was free and no customers were waiting) and she said to me in a rude way, “I only do my customers,” while staring at her computer screen and making no eye contact with me. So rude! I will not be coming back to this place. I don’t recommend it, go where customers are respected. I’m convinced that she purposely made me wait around for an employee that was never going to show.

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI’m rating this two stars because yes, the price was decent but what this lady did to my eyebrows was horrible! She made them both pencil thin and uneven. One is WAY higher than the other. I look permanently confused! I’m so sad. No wait for a reason! Nobody goes here unless they have no other option. The ladies are rude and still ask you how much tip you will leave. The removed 3 hairs and I was in the chair less then 3 minutes. Go to Bhumi Threading best in town.

I don’t know why I have given this place chance after chance because they always find a new way to screw up my eyebrows. Paying $9.00 to get hardly any of my brows cleaned and shaped. Not only that, some of the workers there give an attitude when you arrive there.

Whoa, I am so disappointed in my eye brows. I wish I had noticed at the time the lady threaded them to let her know, unfortunately it was only a day later when I realized one had been completely threaded more in length than the other. And it’s not the side length either, it’s the middle part closest to my nose. Mistakes happen, I get that, however this is a HUGE one, my face looks a bit lopsided & I’m so embarressed. I will not be going back to this place.
