Critical: Professionalism, QualityI made an appointment to fix a broken nail so that way I can have the specific nail tech that did my nails fix the nail I broke. I show up on time. I’m told by the owner Nini says someone else can fix my broken nail. I replied, “I made an appointment specifically with You (NINI) I would like you to fix my nail.” I prefer her because in the last 8 mths that I have went here. I have been to others and I don’t prefer the way they do my nails. NINI got an attitude, her demeanor completely changed. She was already doing someone else’s nails. Which clearly meant she over booked and had intentions on someone else fixing my nail. She sat me down and didn’t speak one word to me, which is not like her. On top of that she did the absolute worst job on my nail. She slopped on the product, because she was in a hurry. My nail is super bumpy not blended and the shape looks terrible. She rushed fixing it and didn’t file and buff like normal. I paid $60 for these nails. Yes, it was my fault I broke one, but I did make an appointment to fix it for that reason. Super disappointed! I made an appointment to fix a broken nail so that way I can have the specific nail tech that did my nails fix the nail I broke. I show up on time. I’m told by the owner Nini says someone else can fix my broken nail. Really disappointed in the way my nails came out. I just got this new set and it looks ugly and old.. My cuticles are sore, some of the nails have too much acrylic and some don’t have enough Oh and what is the point of making an appointment with someone just to be forced to be sat with someone else when I arrive?? This was my second time going here and I won’t be back, time to find a new salon Again
