I don’t normally complain and i have never left a bad review for anywhere but figured I would share my experience so the same doesn’t happen to others. I had my nails done here 5 days ago and they looked horrible, completely uneven and not filed. They rushed through them but I felt bad saying anything, figured I could just fix them when i got home. I had a very simple full set one color no design, no extra shaping just square n they charged me 85$. Regardless of the price….. my nails had almost all completely came off after 5 days… the picture below was taken only 4 days after. Ive never had acrylics not last me over or about 2 weeks. I called and very nicely explained what happened to see if they could fix them and was told theres nothing they can do after 3 days. I was highly disappointed but not surprised after reading some of the other comments. If i could leave negative stars i would and I will not be returning here.

They asked us to put our name on their list (would not take reservations when I called the day before). We returned after almost 3 hours (they never called us). Had us sit down, then ignored us for 15 minutes. The older male was VERY rough with my Daughter. We had to have him fix two nails that only had polish on half of the nails. He gave us attitude to repair.

By far the most painful pedicure ever. The guy seemed inexperienced and the lady pretty much told me how much my tip was. Also a charge for covid requirements although I don’t see what extra precautions they were taking. 3 pedicures cost $115. Very rude and felt ripped off. Pedicure

Wish zero stars was an option. Went today with my mother to get our nails filled. we went a few weeks ago and it was amazing. We go today and write down our names about noon. We’re told it would be a little bit that they would call us. No problem we walked the mall did some shopping. At around three still no call. My mother sat on the bench outside the place. I went in to ask how much longer. The guy looks at me then the list I give him our names. He tells me quite rudely “we call you you leave.” I wasn’t happy but joined my mom on the bench. Now it’s four o’clock and a group of four ladies had walked in and added there names on the list. About four fifteen he walks to the four ladies and ask how many. They tell him four. He tells them he could take two. My mother and I were still sitting on the bench near the ladies. We go inside and ask again how much longer the we were on the list before the ladies. Again we were told we would get a call. We got mad and left. At five o’clock they call us saying it was our turn. We said we didn’t have an appointment and hung up. They were very rude and we will not be going back. We waited since noon never got a call till five and skipped over several times. It’s ridiculous!

Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been to this place multiple times in the past. The past 2 times I’ve went they did a great job and were super nice. However today me and my friend went to get just plain manicures done and we put our names down at 11:30. We walked around for a while waiting for a call and after an hour and a half I never received one. There was hardly any names above ours so I was concerned about the time. We waited for 20 mins outside the salon and when one lady was finished we assumed we were next. The guy called a lady whose name was below ours (I recognized her so I knew her name) and took her before us. I went in and explained we’d been waiting for a while and we’re wondering when our appointment would be. He checked the list and asked which we were and told him we just had the manicures and he said “oh no. Not yet.” And I asked how long it might be, since I knew we had definitely been skipped over once and possibly twice and he said “oh I don’t know. I don’t know.” We crossed our names off and left because we were so upset that we had been skipped over. Their customer structure is all screwed up now. They use to be able to do walk ins easily. Most times there are only 2 staff members available. So you have a better chance making a appointment than a walk in

Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, ValueScheduled a pedicure ahead of time for 1pm got there on time and they were fully booked. Had to wait an hour for service. I will say pedicure was good but before the service they showed me a price of $28 then charged $34 and has the gall to ask for a tip when they had already tacked on extra $6.Service: Pedicure
