The foot/leg massage was great however, next time I will request another person for my pedicure. The polish job was lacking in technique and took a long time for her apply; like she was a newbie. And I must have hit it at a very ‘talkative time’ among the employees; too much chatter….maybe just me but I prefer a more ‘quiet sanctuary’ mode. They are very nice here so I will try them again.

I live in Portland and travel to Idaho frequently to visit my son. Several years ago, knowing that I get my nails done, my daughter inlaw treated me to a manicure and pedicure at Nicely Nails. She and her Mom and Aunt had been coming to Nicely Nails for years and it was easy for me to see why. The shop was the cleanest I had ever been to. I arrived for my appointment about 5 minutes early and everyone was busy but my manicurist was ready for me. Many times in Portland I have had to wait and we all know that is NOT good customer service. I’ve never had to wait at Nicely. It’s easy to see why I have remained a loyal customer all of these years! “Kim” takes care of me but it doesn’t matter who you see, everyone does an excellent job and they are all very professional. Thank you Kim and thank you Nicely Nails! Say….do you think you will ever open a shop in Portland!

I had made an appointment for 1pm and they weren’t able to get me in until 1:20pm. The only time the man who did my nails talked to me was to ask how long I wanted my nails. I wanted them super short. He did a shorter length and when I asked to go shorter he said they’d get shorter when he filed them. The acrylic isn’t a uniform thickness on my nails and they are too thin in general. When he buffed my nails, he did it so roughly that even after the acrylic is on you can see the buff spots underneath. The tips he used where too small for my nails so they all taper in. I wanted super square but got more of a tapered nail. He did this all within 40 minutes. He also didn’t clean up my nails after he was done from acrylic left hanging after he buffed the acrylic. Overall, not happy with how they turned out at all.

Went to check out the place. The staff friendly and took good care of me and my friend. I had my nails filled and a pedicure both were done very well. Many styles and colours to choose from. I was very impressed and will be back.
