I’ve been coming here for years. Always happy with my nails and eyebrows. And the 10 minute massage is the best! Recommend making an appointment although they can usually accommodate walk ins. I’ve tried many places over the years, this one is the best!Extremely clean.

Hello, this is the second time i have visited this nail salon and i am not satisfied with the professionalism of this business. The woman that is usually at the receptionist desk did my sisters nails today and was very rude and opinionated on the length of the nails she decided to get. The man that did my nails cut my cuticle and fingers several times to the point that i bled. When i asked for a discount of the original $40 price for A&C “which is not a bad price” the nail tech then refused to give me a discount regardless of the fact that he cut 3 of my fingers . The nails are gorgeous but the technicians are not careful and are very rude , finally the female technician took $10 off of my purchase towards the nails and i still gave them a tip towards their work . I feel like they need to improve on this nail salon a lot .

I would not recommend this place they ask us to please wear our mask. Then everyone else didn’t wear one .The guy I had never asked if I wanted my massage chair on.He never said anything to me other than you want your toe nails short.Then when he did my finger nails he was very rough and I thought very rude. My daughter had hers done and the lady she had cut her. But what mad me very mad is getting checked out to pay we where pressured into leaving a bigger tip to me any tip you get should be appreciated. I waitressed for years and never asked for a bigger tip.

Been getting my nails done here for several years. The owner is sweet. When I had surgery on my wrist and later my ankle, she personally took care of me and made sure I was comfortable. She has always made time for me when I did not have a set appointment. I am very happy with the quality for a good price.

First time i went to the shop was an awesome experience. The guy that did my nails was awesome took his time and they were perfect ANC coffin shaped. I was charged $35 for ANC with tips. Unfortunately within 6 days i had lost 4 nails. Today i wentback to get my nails redone and It was an awful experience. I called ahead made an appointment when i got there i had to wait because three girls had come in. The older woman came over to me and asked me what i wanted done i told her and she took me over to start filling the anc off and wrapping them in acetone. She had been wearing gloves that were covered in nail shavings from the pervious person she was working with and didn’t change them the entire time she shaved my nails down and wrapped them. While my hands soaked she went back to the other woman to finish her nails still not changing her gloves. Then the older man came over and began unwrapping and doing my nails. Over the course of two and a half hours he misaligned the tips, cut my fingers and was very rough and rude. My nails are very thin and i explained i wanted them to be thicker because they broke so easily last week. And then i was charged $55 for the same thing i got last week. I asked why i was being charged that and the older woman said because i got ANC and tips ANC is $45 tips $5 and coffin $5… the sign on the front door says “ANC $25”… again last week i got ANC with tips and coffin styled for $35. Needless to say i won’t be back to NY Nails and i won’t recommend them to anyone.

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star . They charge 5 dollar extra for everything and are dishonest they do not keep their promise to fix their mistakes . The guy that did my nail some where much longer then other (I paid extra for tips so they were all the same length) and some of them were not the correct space . I got them done the day before Memorial Day weekend and was not able to return until after Memorial Day and I did I spoke with Nancy (the owner ) she said she would fix and started filling the nails right at the register so unprofessional. Filing causes the color to come off there was no fixing them only thing that would is a new set. I told her that and She agreed to give me a new set seeing there was a lot of people there and I had my children with me I asked if I could come back Sunday she said yes I asked For a gift card or something in writing she Said you don’t need that I’ll remember you she said to come back on Sunday . Well today is Sunday and I showed up and she is refusing to do the new set now. Not only do they over charge but they are dishonest! How do you stay in business being dishonest like that to paying customers !!! If you continue to go to this business your a disgrace to America!!!!!!

You tell these people what you want and they tell you no…. My friend said she didn’t want her nails cut and they told her they were going to and did after she said no. I got a dark color and it came out literally clear because one coat was done and half of it came off when filing. The guy doing my nails seemed like he had no idea what he was doing some other person came over and had to do stuff for him.

This is my first time coming here and I am impressed. I got anc done with a pedicure and it was only 45 dollars. I usually pay at least 60 if I go somewhere else. They greeted me at the door. I got 2 back massages from them and a hand massage. I will be back…very nice and friendly people

They do a great job on nails and foot manicures. Very professional. My nails last for a month without chipping or breaking, which is incredible. I put off going but have to go because my nails get too long!
