I purchased a gift certificate for my wife specifically for a facial and a micro-dermabrasion . My wife scheduled an appt and requested time off of work for her appt. The day before the appt my wife called to confirm (they did not call her). She was told they are currently unable to perform these services and they may possibly not offer these services again. I left several messages for management to return my call and they never returned my call, I had to call them several times and my call was disconnected several times I was waiting on hold. Finally while speaking to a live person I was told they could not transfer me to anyone and the office mgr (Karen) would call me back in 1 minute. 30 mins later I still had not been called so I called back. This time reaching a mgr from the med spa I was told she could apply her gift certificate to any other service. They are refusing to refund me and I’ve asked for Dr to call me as my family has been going to him for a few years even though customer service is not their priority as the 2+ hour wait time each time we go shows. If the Dr. returns my call I will update this review…..after driving to the office and waiting nearly 40 mins they refunded us. However my call was never returned.
