I arrived a few minutes early for my appointment and checked in. The nurse called me in after maybe 5 minutes. The PA came in for my exam within a few minutes and did a thorough examination and made sure to ask me if I had any additional questions. I was made to feel comfortable. My checkout was quick and easy in booking my appointment for the following year. I would highly recommend this practice.

This practice is incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. My first appointment with a PA was less than 5 minutes, I had a biopsy of a mole which turned out to be atypical, I was told it shouldn’t grow back but if it did to call as soon as possible. I called because it grew back and the “clinical supervisor” stated the PA wasn’t concerned. I stated this is interesting because she told me to as soon as possible if it grew back, in which the “clinical supervisor” stated “well we don’t have anything until October”. AKA its not that the provider isn’t concerned, its that we don’t have time to see you. If you are a high risk patient or anyone with concerning lesions I HIGHLY recommend you seek care elsewhere. As a health care practitioner myself, it is discouraging and alarming to see concerns disregarded due to availability instead of referring to another available provider.

Would rate a 0 if I could!! I called in Feb 2022 to set up an appt, I was given an appt a year and 4 mo later in June 2023. Recieved a message on 12/30/22, that my June 2023 appt had been rescheduled to the end of Oct 2023. So, now my appt is a year and 8 months from making appt my initialcall, i mentioned that an immediate family member has had a lot of surgery & was willing to wait but no more, appt cancelled!

Melissa, PA is wonderful! I had a small something removed. She explained everything. Her bedside manner is one of compassion, kindness and professionalism. My review is for the Laser Center only. As a former patient of Dr. Wenner) at NED for decades – When only ONE doctor, out of many in this practice, can operate the high-tech V-beam machine – and you can only book it through his secretary – a year long wait for an appointment is unacceptable. I found a wonderful doctor in Amherst and have had amazing results over the past few months with my last treatment today. I canceled my Fall appointment with Dr. Glazer that I made last Fall.

Dr. Glaser is the best! His experience shows in the way he treats me as a patient, and as an informed person, with respect. I have confidence that he knows exactly what he’s doing, understands what my issues are, without having me explain too much, he knows exactly what I’m talking about, after my 27 years of skin cancer surgeries, I know my body by now, and he respects that. He helped me so much this past visit, going above and beyond what I was there initially to do, I am so grateful to him for being open and caring enough to help me with other lesions on my body that had come up. Dr. Glaser‘s PA is also terrific, I think her name is Kate, and she knew exactly what to do before he even asked her to do it, really on top of things, made me feel very comfortable.

Everyone was very kind. I was very nervous and they allowed my husband to be with me. Connie and Dr.Cunningham were so kind and patient . They both told me what they were going to do and explained everything very carefully. We could also laugh and share about our families. If I need to come again I will be happy to have them both again.
