I have visited New Body New Mind four times already (at 90 minutes a session). The ambiance is nice and comfortable. The massage table is top notch and in a nice room. The Korean Stone heating pad is also great! Most importantly, the massage is fantastic. I am a nurse and usually very stressed from work related issues and this massage helps me tremendously. The calcium deposits in my back muscles (which were seen on x-rays before) are now gone! I do not wake up with neck and shoulder pain anymore! I’m always leaving refreshed and rejuvenated. The therapist was able to break up every single knot in my back. Adding to an overall great experience is the complimentary electrolyte drink with Vitamin C that I receive at the end! What an awesome place!
