She doesn’t use acrylic, but gel. I’ve only had my nails done that way once before many years ago. My first experience with thosemade me hesitate but I’m glad that I gave it another chance. I was so impressed with her that I couldn’t see myself going anywhere else again. To top it, the price was so affordable. Our conversations were the cherry on top. I can see why this place is on the “top 10 best shops” in Caldwell. Thanks lady’s. It was a truly wonderful experience.

Critical: QualityThe two stars are for the manicure I received, I would give just one star but Barbara (the woman who did my nails) was really nice. I feel bad enough leaving a poor review, seeing as how the woman was really kind.After I left this salon, I went to Lux in Nampa. The woman there told me that the nails I had from here (New Attitudes) would have snapped off in two days.I wish I took a before photo, but the nails I got done here were a lumpy mess. There were dips and bumps on all of the nails. I knew she was applying the acrylic incorrectly, but I was trying to give her the benefit of the doubt. I was really trying to trust the process. I should have known that the nails would be poor quality when she had to Google the style I wanted, applied the acrylic in globs, and only had ten colors to choose from.I have a maternity photoshoot tomorrow (03/27/21), and I told her this, so I was really wanting the outcome to be phenomenal. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Not even close.I see this business has good reviews for hair/styling. I did not get my hair done here, just the manicure. I love this new attitudes i have my hair and gel nails done here. Never have had any bad experiences they take time and ask you all the questions about what style or colors,shape,length. And most important of all they are concerned that your satisfied before you leave. Carol does my hair. And Maribel does my nails. Never have had a problem getting any appointment when needed. I do not dread going to appointments. Will be a long time customer. Thank you Carol and Maribel.

Had to go back 3 times for my perm. 1st appointment the person didn’t seem to know how to do one. Upon the 1st wash my hair went straight. 2nd appointment person seemed better prepared . Looked good after it was done. 1st wash again my hair went straight. 3 visit was told it went straight because I slept on my hair. Hummm. As a person who has many many perms over the years and never had a problem with my hair going straight. I found this an odd thing to happen.

I would leave 0 stars. I had an appointment at 9:00 and arrived on time. A male customer went in before me and was talking to a lady in the back. After a couple minutes he motioned to the lady in back that I was sitting up front. She eventually came up and asked if she could help me. I told her I had an appointment for hair and pedi. She said oh you do, and said she would be back in a few minutes. I waited 20 minutes while she worked on the male customer. She never apologized for the wait or introduced herself. Her station was filthy. I was told a nail tech would work on my pedi while my color processed. I waited another 20 minutes for the nail tech and when she finally arrived she tried to talk me out of gel polish which I requested from the time I made the appointment. The quality of the pedi was not good. She cut the nails too short and did not cover all the nail. The haircut was not great either. Horrible service and filthy. Avoid at all cost!
