She asked questions to assess my needs and answered any questions that I had about the process and products. This was the first pedicure that I had where I did not flinch due to having my feet worked on. Her patience, dedication and level of service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. I received exceptional service with Ms. Nea. She asked questions to assess my needs and answered any questions that I had about the process and products. This was the first pedicure that I had where I did not flinch due to having my feet worked on. Her patience, dedication and level of service was phenomenal. I will definitely be back. I can go a lengthy period of time and my nails are still intact. Her space is neat, organized, and very cleanly. Plus, in this environment, why risk your health by being packed in with people, some not practicing proper mask wearing nor distancing? Personally, I don’t want my feet in a bowl where untold numbers of toes, along with chemicals, as well as instruments that may contain fungus or other pathogens. I deserve a safer and more peaceful experience that focuses on me, and me alone. Lastly, I support highly skilled, professionals that value me as a client who also look like me!
