Critical: ProfessionalismI’ve been getting my hair done for 2 years at this salon by the owner nelly. I brought her plenty of customers throughout that time. This last time I went I asked for blonde up to my roots and she absolutely fried my hair. I didn’t get the color I wanted at all. My hair started falling out and it felt like carpet. I went to another professional hairdresser and she told me that what she did to me was so damaging I can’t go back to blonde for another 2 years. Nelly immediately blamed me and said it was my fault because I wanted it lighter.( I didn’t this time ) I’ve been a loyal customer for 2 years and she did me dirty. I even heard her tell another worker “I could of broke her hair if I put bleach there” & also “I knew there was a possibility this could happen” while I was sitting in her chair. She never warmed me about anything if she would of told me I would’ve immediately said no. She is so unprofessional. I’ve been getting my hair done for 2 years at this salon by the owner nelly. I brought her plenty of customers throughout that time. This last time I went I asked for blonde up to my roots and she absolutely fried my hair. I didn’t get the color I wanted at all. My hair started falling out and it felt like carpet. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityI am very disappointed with the bad precautions they are taking during the pandemic, it seems they do not care about social distancing and do not require the use of masks. Very small place for all the people who want to see at the same time. I will definitely not return to that place. I was forced myself to leave the place due to lack of awareness of the pandemic. 3 of the 4 hair dressers wasn’t wearing a masks, and some male costumers either. Lastima que sean hispanos y que no tengan conciencia de lo que estamos viviendo en el mundo entero. Tuve que salirme del lugar. 3 de las 4 personas que trabajan ahí, más algunos clientes no tenían, ni se les requirió el usó de la máscara. Cuidemos todos. I am very disappointed with the bad precautions they are taking during the pandemic, it seems they do not care about social distancing and do not require the use of masks. Very small place for all the people who want to see at the same time. I will definitely not return to that place.
