I live in Brown County, so it is very convenient to have a nice nail salon nearby! The folks who own this salon are very kind, and in my experience always pay attention to detail. It is a small space, but if you call ahead and schedule an appointment they will honor it and stick to their committed schedule. I love coming here!

I just moved to town. I was hesitant because I know Nashville is very tourist oriented, and usually in those types of places the service is rushed and not good quality. The selection of polish was great, gel or non-gel. I have never had a pedicure this good in my life! Jon was patient and took his time, made sure I was taking advantage of the massage chair, and listening to what I requested while doing my nails. My mom had got a fill by the lovely lady there, and her nails looks beautiful and very well done. She had a great and painless experience. I am above and beyond thrilled to have such an amazing nail salon so close to my new home with great prices and options!

Nails to your liking, just take the time to sit and talk. It’s nice to pamper ourselves and here they do, I’ve only gotten a full set of acrylics twice but they do gels too. I have regular fills. Never had a pedicure there but friend have and go back again and again.

Absolutely the best! I will drive 45 minutes out of my way to have them do my nails. She always makes them look so natural and John gives the best pedicures ever. I highly recommend!

I agree with “fake account” review totally. I’ve been going there since emma and john owned the shop and they were the best! The new owners there are pretty much clueless on nail shape and I’ve given them 3x of getting my nails done because they told me emma and john were on vacation. They do not do any of the designs you still see on the website or facebook because they do not know how they cant even do a simple flower or line. They charge more money and I’ve had pits in my fill ins and have had a nail fall off which I’ve never had I almost 3 years seeing emma and john. Hugely disappointing! Will never recommend or go again!!!

Got a pedicure and manicure. While getting pedicure, my toe got cut. No biggie is happens, but he didn’t even apologize or acknowledge that he cut it. Put super glue on it then that was that. Didn’t even get manicure, he just did the full set. Both index fingers were crooked. Again didn’t even acknowledge this. The lady was super friendly and really nice. I just paid and left. I won’t be coming back but I felt I should say something. Just a shame since they are so close to my house

okay, so normally whenever I go I go to see emma. Emma and John are both amazing nail techs. Absolutely amazing. And emma has been mine for almost 4 years now, Ever since I went there I haven’t went anywhere else. I recently stopped going because this new lady started running the shop. Before the new lady was there a new employee had joined, this really sweet kind lady that always seems cheerful and happy to be there and has never made me or I think anyone else feel uncomfortable so her joining was welcoming because in a small community everyone’s attitude really matters. NBC nails was always vibrant and warming, I mean you could walk in there sad and gloomy and walk out feeling like a beautiful new person with atleast 5 new friends. Everything about the way emma and John ran the shop was amazing and will definitely be apart of my life just because they watched me grow. The reason I give them 1 star is because they arnt running the place, or maybe they are but I don’t ever see them in there anymore. Now an older lady runs the place with a new man, neither of them are emma or John. They bought a bunch of new decorations that look way too over priced and it doesn’t even feel like how it used to feel. There’s more tables now. And instead of walking in and hearing emma welcome you with a big smile and compliments you hear “pick nail color” and that’s it. Not to mention they are so over priced now, they used to have a full set for 25 and now upped the prices. They’ve tried to rip me off about a 3 times now to the point I’ve left without even starting. Everything is so over priced and cold. The lady that runs the place now seems racist to me, a lady went in and got a full gel set for 35 and when I asked how much a full gel set would be they told me 45. She didn’t get a fill in or anything, she simply got what I had asked for. Not to mention to get my cuticals cut it was going to be ‘extra’ for just a gel set. They do good work, not going to lie. But the amount of times they try to rip you off is just insane. Especially when a white lady sitting next to me gets the same thing I asked but 10$ less. I miss emma a lot. The new lady needs to go, or else they will lose clients. I’m not going back, and I’m definitely not recommending them to anyone which sucks because I really put in a good word for them to my family and fiends. I’m letting people know how it is now to save the time and money, no one else that’s went recently is pleased either. I’d suggest bringing back emma and John, fixing the shop better. Or expecting to lose customers because the majority of your clients are high schoolers, and as someone who’s still young we can’t afford a 50$ full set when places in bloomington and columbus charge 35$. It really makes me sad because emma and John built that place and brought in the customers and gave it a happy vibe and environment and now the lady who’s taking it over is ruining the reputation they built.
