Critical: ProfessionalismFirst and foremost, I have NEVER written a review. So, to get me to actually go to this length says a lot … WORST customer service ever! Had a lash appointment during work hours and was expecting an important email. I asked Kendra if it would be okay to check my phone during it and she said “yes but let me know before opening your eyes” .A week later my lashes had almost all fallen out. I sent an email to the salon asking for help before moving forward with my fill appointment. Never heard anything back. I called the day before to speak with Kendra but was unable to so I canceled my appointment.Finally get in touch with her and she blames me for not following up on my email sooner or “giving her the chance to correct my lashes” by going to my fill appointment. Now, why would I come in again if I had not heard from you after emailing and calling saying I wasn’t satisfied the first time?They did nothing to contact me until after I didn’t come to the appointment I canceled the day before. Then she proceeded to tell me that opening my eyes messed with the curing process. Now a professional would have told me it would mess with the procedure when I asked. She didn’t say anything above her blaring explicit music. When we finally connected , I got blamed for the whole thing … “sweetie” (as she condescendingly called me) I have been worked in hospitality for 15+ year and other organizations focused on customer service. My husband and I have been on the road for approximately 6 months. We are attending a wedding and happened to be in Wells Maine. Prior to the wedding I needed a foil /hair color and cut. I chose Naviina Salon in Wells due to the informative website and location to the place we were staying in Wells. I was given an appointment with Laura on June 12 at 9:00 am. When I got to the salon it was beautiful and was promptly taken to my seat and chatted with Laura prior to her beginning my Color and cut. I was so absolutely delighted with Laura!!!! She is young, adorable and has the sweetest personality!! She kept our conversation going and was so fun to talk with. My hair is just beautiful!!! Both the color and cut are exactly what I was hoping for and she even treated me to a lovely scalp and hand massage for free. I so enjoyed my appointment and recommend Laura at Naviina Salon to anyone looking for the latest style and a beautiful color!!!

Never rushed, prompt service and takes the time to lay out ‘what we are going to do’. The staff is friendly and helpful – prices are on target. Highly recommend.

I went to Shawna at Navina. Firstly, I am new to the area and needed a trim desperately. I called the salon and that is how I got an appointment with Shawna. The place is very clean, the people are very pleasant and Shawna did a fabulous job cutting my hair which is very thick and curly. Would absolutely recommend this place especially Shawna.

I have been using this salon for 10 years now. I believe they are the best- of- the -best. They also came to my wedding and provided onsite services. My bridesmaids still tell me how much they loved their hair and makeup from that day. Shawna and Bobbie have done wonders with my hair and I always get compliments on my cut and color! 10/10 recommend.
