I wanted to love this place. The decor is nice, atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The reviews were good. But when it came to getting my nails done, everything was off. It took over an hour and a half to get a French gel manicure. And it came out sloppy and uneven and not what I asked for despite showing pictures of a straight tip- it was rounded. They were not willing to put any design on the 2nd manicure in my party because they were “running late” – no hand massage either – just bare minimum. They yelled at another customer for being 1 min late when they in fact were 15 mins behind schedule and she had to leave without any service. Overall they were lacking in the customer experience department – maybe because they had overbooked the schedule, I am not sure. But making the customer satisfied was not a priority. And beware – they charge $10 to use Venmo if you don’t have cash – $5 per service even if you pay in one transaction. Total rip-off. I left feeling disappointed and like I want to get my nails redone somewhere else.

If i could rate 0 i would. The young gentleman was super rushed with my nails & took 3 hours to get them done. The work was super sloppy and uneven; it was a fairly simple design. If he didnt have the time he could have said no. He didnt even have the decency to cut my natural nails shorter, now that they’ve grown out it hurts super bad when a nail wants to pop off. The vibe was off when i went in. It seemed like a bunch of older women staring me down. Mind you im hispanic. 0/10 would recommend & wont go back. Not worth $90. Worst experience ever. If i could go back in time and not go, i would rather not.

I am super picky to say the least and this is my go to place! They do the perfect acrylics (perfect thickness and shape). Vivian did these last ones and they are my absolute favorite. She also does a fantastic pedicure, that lasts. Tracie and Vivian are the go to nail techs of the valley for sure.

I’m cutting right to the chase. I can’t speak for the nail services but I can say that I received the worst wax service imaginable. I paid $120 and was left with a lot of unwaxed parts and pain. Even though, I showed up on time and she took her time the job was done poorly. To put it into perspective I had my appointment at 5:30pm and left around 6:30pm. Given the amount of time she had she did not clean the excess wax left on my body. I was even left with wax on my clothes. half of my back was unwaxed. Even though, I paid for a full back wax service, half of my back was unwaxed. On the area around my belly button she tried to wax multiple times, which resulted in inflammation and what is now a bruise. She never once said sorry. Instead she pointed at it and chuckled. In addition, she did not give me a full leg wax even though I asked for it and confirmed with her twice. Towards the end, she complained it was taking way too long and was told “I have too much hair”. Definitely not worth the time and money. Once realizing the awful job done I called to see if I could receive any compensation for the state I was left at after my “wax” but I spoke with a disrespectful apathetic manager that did not try to resolve the issue. Instead she went on to tell me “I don’t understand how paid labor works and that they couldn’t do anything about it since I paid for the service”. I had no choice but to pay elsewhere to get an actual waxing service. Chippen nails in Edwards was kind enough to fix the mistakes and charged me $30 because she felt terribly sorry for what had happened to me. I recommend that you do not book a waxing service with this salon. Consider taking your business to another salon where you will be appreciated and won’t be ripped off.

So disappointed in Tracie and her business. Bad business news travels too fast in this valley! I came in as an excellent client. Spent about $100+ every 2 weeks to do dip nails and pedicure. The last few times I went in, they told me they weren’t taking any new clients because they didn’t have enough employees. Then they said I had to book 2-4 weeks out to secure my appointment because they were overbooked and not enough employees. Then, I left town for a funeral, called the salon more than 24 hours in advance to reschedule… and the receptionist told me she could no longer adjust appointments, that I had to text my nail tech!?!? I texted the tech/owner and she said the salon’s next available appointment was more than a month out! Meanwhile another local (who I told about the salon at the dog park!!!) said the owner told her to call the day before and she would “squeeze her in”!!! Bad business. It’s a shame because Tracie is a great technician but I can get my nails done at Love Nails in Denver for 1/2 the price and they get me in same day. For the best business and dip manicure, go to Love Nails. Honest. Dependable. Excellent job.
