After only 7days, 2 of my nails chipped. Mind you, I’ve been going there for at least 6 months I caked my tech.. hoping she could redo 2 nails. Well she would not. She said I had to come in for a complete fill in and maybe a pedicure…I was shocked. Clearly she did not seal them properly.. I was a loyal customer, my tips were always 6 to 10 dollars. Excellent work the ladies work hard my feet feel like when I was 20 years old. I did excellent job on my hands. They do not put any hot in your hand. They do not massage your hands. Worst experience I ever had. The woman could not shape my nails correctly. For a simple no color manicure you would think this would be easy? WRONG! She cut my finger with the nail file and to make matters worse my nail shape is atrocious. I could have gone to my five year old cousin if I wanted service this terrible. 0 stars was not an option. It’s a courtesy they’re getting even 1 from me.
