I had Jennifer and she did a fantastic job I went in for a huge cut today, she cut longer than I wanted than made sure I wanted to go shorter and a beautiful all of over color. I had Jennifer and she did a fantastic job I went in for a huge cut today, she cut longer than I wanted than made sure I wanted to go shorter and a beautiful all of over color. Nothing is worse than going to a hair salon and to have them give you a haircut that does not suit you and you are left having to live with it until it grows out. Couldn’t even book an appointment, they do not return calls from their online inquiries and so I called to book the appointment, and their receptionist was arguing with me on what type of service I needed and was rude. I just hung up, the customer service is absolutely horrible, I guess they just are not interested in new clients!

I had an appointment appointment at 9 (today was last day to request days off) and the owner tells me that the girl who did my hair no longer works there and that she hasn’t been there in a month. And in a rude manner/tone, she then tells me that they reached out to her clients to tell them about the situation. I honestly did not get a call, voice-mail, text or email from them.
