I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to Nancy Koss Salan & Spa. I was a walk-in, first time customer. The stylist took her time and talked with me about what I was looking for and the color turned out GREAT!! I love it!! I then returned the following week for a hair cut (free with first time color customers) and again Liz talked with me first and then did a wonderful job of trimming my hair. I would definitely recommend this salon to my friends.

Great place, friendly people as soon as you walk in. Didn’t have to wait for my appointment Sam was on time. She listened to the special care I needed handling my hair and scalp and did a great job. Very caring young lady and made me feel comfortable and at ease. Would definitely go back.

I went in to get foil highlights and a haircut with Liz. She was amazing, I was a bit late but she still gave me the best service. I have been doing my hair since I was 18 and I can honestly say this was the best my hair had ever came out! Looks and feels amazing!

2 weeks ago was the first time I used this salon services! Bought a group for a haircut & oil treatment! Liz was a great stylist! My hair cut was exactly how I wanted it! The receptionist nice, salon decorated nicely!

Everyone from the front desk to the ownet was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. I have never been so impressed with a salon before. The shampooer was thorough and soothing, and I was lucky enough to have my hair cut and styled by Ms. Koss herself, and the woman is an absolute artist. My makeup done by their in house beautician, and I was all around very impressed, and will be going there again in the future.

The salon is nice and so is most of the staff. I had the same stylist for a couple of years and noticed that her service was getting worse and worse. The last time I was there she ruined my hair to say the least. The hair cut was so uneven that I had to go somewhere else to get my hair fixed which ended up costing me 5 inches of my hair. Then the color was a mess. I asked for full highlights which I had been getting since I started seeing her. She said she didn’t have time to do a full highlight and threw some chunky highlights in my hair. It looked awful and I should have stopped her when she said she didn’t have time. It’s really a shame that I had to find a new stylist and go to a new salon.

Visited on a very Hot August 2019 day and was treated exceptionally well by the beautician named, Samantha. She seemed extremely knowledgeable about her hair products and the chemical reactions that might alter hair colorings.Was surprised the local Hilton had no longer an in house beauty shop/ barber shop to compliment their many wedding and social affairs. Check out Nancy Koss for top notch service and I am sure between the airport shuttle and the enthusiastic personnel of Nancy Koss transportatikn to and from might be arranged. Great section of Oak Lawn for good food and a n evening out!

Received a gift card for this salon and went in for a high contrast balayage. Basically left there with bad demarcation lines all over my hair. I spent $215 dollars and had to go back to get fixed. Mikey did the best he could but the end result is me spending $215 for someone to ruin my hair. Now I have to pay someone else to add highlights for a better blend.
