Was very disappointed with my gel manicure I had done. With having such high ratings thought it was going to be a great, quality service and it was not. Everyone was very nice and seemed polite however the woman that did my manicure hardly did any work to my nails. Minimal filing was done, had previous gels removed and she did not adequately get the previous gel off, which is why the new polish going on did not look good at all. My nails are all uneven shape wise and there is ripples and bubbles in the polish. In addition, the method they use to remove gel polish is anything but a soak off. They put my fingers in bowls of straight acetone and let them sit there and let them “soak” for a few minutes and then take a drill file to the rest… not impressed. Poor quality.

However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work on my nails. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The technician never filed my nails so they were uneven. Cuticles were not cut properly and basically plopped some lotion on both hands and wiped it off with her hands. No massage. I got a gift certificate for mother’s day from my daughter because she heard such great things about this shop. However, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work on my nails. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. The technician never filed my nails so they were uneven. They welcome walk ins and are very efficient! I loved my nails so much the first time I went that now I’m a regular! If one of your nails needs a touch up, you can go in and they’ll fix it for free. Your happiness is their number one priority!

I highly recommend Nalena Nails. Their prices are very reasonable and everyone there is very nice. My main reason for reviewing…i had to have my nails filled while out of town and the place I went did a horrible job. When I got home, I walked in and Nalena fixed them up perfect for me. It says a lot about customer service when a person takes time to fix someone else’s mistakes. Go see Nalena, she does not disappoint!!

after leaving my old nail salon after 2 years, I had a hard time finding and trusting a salon who would do the job right. i searched Google for the reviews of many other nail salons and pretty much just took my chances seeing that every single salon had both positive and negative responses. well, needless to say I’ve found my new nail salon. I went with my gut instinct and Nalena nails, nailed it! they are clean, extremely lovely ladies and the most important thing about my experience was the fact that my nail attendant was very careful at not cutting me, and even used a tool that prevented cuts and took her time to do exactly what I wanted. I’m not a picky person by all means, but I’ve been to many different salons who rush you for your money. Nalena nails is an amazing place and I have a wonderful experience. not to mention the prices were just right! I also learned alot from these ladies who conversed with me about how they came up doing nails. I certainly enjoyed my experience and I can’t wait to come back in a couple weeks. I definitely recommend Nalena nails for those who were like me, and unsure who to go to. these ladies are awesome and very welcoming!
