I promised myself if I’m going to spend over $130 before tip that I’m going to love my mani-pedi, and I will say something if I think it needs corrected. I usually don’t and i just leave like ‘ok another expensive lesson learned’. This time I said something thinking that’s what i need to do to get the toes and nails i see others have that i like. I pointed out my crooked toe nail and he kept doing the same thing. My toe nails and my finger nails are not naturally crooked, i have trapazoids as toe nails now, and a sliver left of a toe nail on my right foot. Why are my toe nails all different lengths? Thank goodness for the pretty color. I could do better myself. Another tech did my full set of acrylics bc I told them I didnt love my pedi so i didnt think i wanted to do my nails. I asked the mani tech to weigh in too. She told me my pedi was fine. They were not friendly, they didn’t care, although I was consistently super polite and thankful to the point i wondered if they misunderstood me. They understood and I paid $130! Im so sick of paying so much money and having embarrassing fingers and toes. Just keep them movin so no one looks too close. What do you think? Pics attached

I have been going to this place since it opened I believe it was 2008 and have always loved my pedicures and the people no matter how many times it changed hands with new owners. Not anymore 2 bad experiences in a row. When I went a couple of months ago it took the guy 2.5 hours and I had a doctors appointment that I missed and was charged $30 for a no show. I asked the guy several times to please file the ridges on my nails… never did also never cleaned under my nails and my nails we’re crooked ugh… Never had a bad experience there ever until then! Then today I went for another pedi ONLY because I had a gift certificate to use up. I explained to the owner my bad experience the previous time he assured me he would take care of me. I don’t know how he did because I paid full price and on top of that I had the fastest pedicure which I wasn’t happy with everything was rushed through so I didn’t get that relaxing pampered feeling that we all pay for. Several of my nails were lumpy not smooth and shiny I just figured why complain just get out of here and find a new place. Needless to say I’m sad after going there for about 14 years but I can’t possibly go back and waste my time and money being unhappy so time to move on. Do not recommend!

Pedicures are fabulous, some of the best one in town but not worth the full $35, maybe $30. We called the night before to make an appointment for 3, and apparently they don’t write your name or number down so when you get there, you’re waiting 30 mins to be seated after setting an appt.. they also charge $15 to remove gel polish and add a clear coat, even though they quoted $5 and didn’t even take all the color off. They always go up at the counter and don’t correct it.

Went to this place to get my nails done for prom which I had an appointment for, took four hours to get a basic pedicure and regular acrylics done. And they look awful they are lumpy and miss shaped and took some of my skin off and two of my friends one got hers done and messed them up then got an attitude with her for asking them to fix it while my other friend has her nails miss shaped and also has skin taking off around her nail then sat in a pedicure chair for an hour. Do not recommend at all.

honestly for the $65 set i paid for, it wasn’t worth it my nails look bubbly, you can see the powder through my nails (i got french tips) just a very bad job and did a incredibly poor job on doing a spider web and didn’t even consider trying to fix it.
