They lady that did my pedicure charged me extra for removing my gel polish without telling me before hand that it would cost more. I was charged the amount for a pedicure and then two minutes later was asked for $5 more dollars for gel removal. When I pulled out my card she insisted I pay cash. Another time I went I got a flu set. Cuticles were not tended to and when a made a small knick on my Nail by accident and asked for help I got attitude.

Love Bic! I FINALLY found someone who doesn’t rush, takes their time and is gentle. I’ve been to numerous places that have burned me with the electric filer or caused me to bleed because they’re going too fast with the cuticle cutter. Bic knows what she’s doing and she’s a sweet lady! I don’t plan on going to anyone but her from now on!

Get my nails done here every 3 weeks. (Acrylic) they last long, they look natural (not bulky) and are considerate with time(I go on my lunch breaks usually) and I only pay15 (+tip) for my fills.

I have been going here for about 9 years now and the last 4 months I have received the worst nails ever and I used to refuse to go anywhere else because the quality was so good. Now the nails themself dont even last a week and are popping off and the paint job is just awful. I thought oh it was a fluke everyone has off days. Then I blamed it on going on a busy Saturday so I went after work on a weekday and still just plain awful service. I will be taking my business elsewhere

This is one of the worst places I’ve been to. The people are mostly rude and unwelcoming. My nails never look good and are never what I want them to be and when I ask them to fix them a little they give me attitude. This places is cheap so if you want cheap nails then this is the place to go but if you want good quality nails this place is horrible never coming here again.

I love this place. I go here specifically to do the dip nail process. They last between 3 to 4 weeks without chipping. You cannot beat the price for that kind of quality.
