After one year of coming to this salon I can say it offers the best nail service in Miami! Very clean and professional. They use the most advanced products and techniques such as file and Russian manicures. Viktoria gives renovating pedicures. Alena has always been my go to for manicures and the new additions to the team Yulia and Evgeniya are amazing as well. You just can’t go wrong by coming here!

My nails were ruined but i gave a 2nd try and will never comeback here again. All personal talking constantly on the phone while doing the service. Critical: Professionalism, QualityThis salon ruined my nails. I have been to this salon twice. The first experience was bad (they cut my cuticle so much that almost all of my fingers were bleeding), but I thought it might just be a one-off incident. I was wrong. The second time was even worse.I came for gel removal and a regular manicure. For gel removal they used a drill….which did take off the gel, but also removed much of my nail enamel. Now the surface of my nails is uneven, and they are extremely thin. Ironically, technician mentioned how healthy and strong my nails were… so she decided to make them weaker or something? Sounds like a sick joke.The technique used for gel removal doesn’t allow the technician to feel how much they take off during the procedure. I’m very upset now, definitely won’t come back, and cannot recommend this salon to anyone.Anyway, consider going to another salon, or perhaps a DIY 😀 that’s what I’m going to do from now on. This salon ruined my nails. I have been to this salon twice. The first experience was bad (they cut my cuticle so much that almost all of my fingers were bleeding), but I thought it might just be a one-off incident. I was wrong. The second time was even worse.

Critical: ProfessionalismAfter my first unpleasant visit I decided to give another try but no, never again I would come or advise anyone to use Nailslab service. I’m not gonna go into details about my previous visit but that’s what happened this time:First of all I was sitting close to a front desk lady and could hear what she was telling about other customers, that she hates when they are late, that has to listen to their stories and that “why does she need this information?”, that they should be charged for being late and cancelling appointments and so on. It’s just so unprofessional! And rude!I wasn’t offered any drinkI made an online appointment and when it came to paying for the service I received the amount I had to pay came out more. I asked how is it possible? As online you have other prices. I was explained that the prices has changed and that they would do an exception for me and charge less. But I wanted them to understand that it’s unprofessional and it’s not about making an exception for me but about their mistake. I didn’t hear any apologises but only “Do you want to leave tips? I need close this transaction”. WHAT?!That’s the first time that I’m writhing this kind of review and spending my time on it. It’s the worst experience I’ve ever had.
