Positive: ProfessionalismBest nail salon I’ve ever used. Love the owners and appreciate what they do for their community. During the shut down, they made hundreds and hundreds of face mask. Linda took a lot to the hospital. She offered anyone who wanted one, FREE! They used their money and time to help anyone who needed it.I enjoy my time I get to pamper myself. Linda and Phat care about their customers. I know that they have gone to their elderly customers home to do their nails when they were unable to come to the salon. They visit funeral homes when they loose a client.These are caring and wonderful people. We’ve all made a mistake, said something we regret, or sinned. But you don’t have to have it blasted for everyone to judge! Why does someone want to look for only the negative anymore. Let’s look at the good things. Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueLinda is the best! I have never been to a nail salon so professional and they actually listen to what you want done. Out of all of my times coming here, none of the employees have ever said anything negative about anyone or anything. “Canceling” a business is not worth doing just because of a Facebook post that may not be true. Linda goes beyond measures just to please her customers. By far the best salon I’ve ever been to.Linda is the best! Linda is the best! I have never been to a nail salon so professional and they actually listen to what you want done. She’s one of the ONLY nail technicians that will sit and have a conversation with me. When she’s booked she turns me away whether I make an appointment or DONT. She is only ONE person. How can you expect one person to be able to have 5 walk ins? Just make an appointment. I’ve never had anything bad to say about this nail salon. It’s cute, it’s in my home town, and it’s only 5 minutes away. She always does what I ask her to do, and if she messes up she fixes it without a problem.Linda has always been very nice any time I’ve called and made an appointment.
