Worst nail salon I have ever been to. I have been looking everywhere for a dip powder manicure in NJ and thought this would be good from their reviews. I made an appointment for the dip powder manicure and the lady doing my nails kept insisting that I do gel. I told her numerous times that I want dip powder and not gel. She still went ahead and did a gel manicure despite the amount of times I told her no. She also filed my nails super crooked and left me with multiple hangnails on both hands. My hands also got super infected and swollen by my nail area and she cut up my skin a lot. Wish I could give this place 0 stars.

I have been coming to nails and beyond for years. Always have a good experience. Very consistent and quick for a pedi and full gel set. Abby did the best nail design I’ve ever gotten! This is the only place I will go for my gel fil and gel manicure. Trey always does an excellent job on my nails. He is the best! Danielle at the front desk is always kind and helpful. Best place around!

I’ve recently moved to this area and heard a lot of good things about this nail salon. Unfortunately it didn’t meet my expectations, especially this most recent visit. For starters you’re greeted by someone who then tells you your tech is almost finished with their previous client and will be right with you. I’ve gone here maybe 4-5 times already and every time I’ve had to wait 20-40 minutes past my appointment time to have my services done. Everything they do to you is an extra charge that they don’t list on their website or on the pamphlets. If you cut your nails shorter, even if they are the same shape, they will charge you an extra $10. I could understand if the nail shape was being changed completely but mine have been the same for the last 2-3 years. I made my appointment this past week unfortunately my nail lady (Yuyu which is really good) wasn’t available so I booked with the next person that was. I called to change my appointment to a different service and they asked if I can come in 15 minutes before my scheduled time was, which wasn’t a problem. I pulled into the parking lot when I got a phone call from someone at the front desk asking me if I was still coming and I told them yes you told me 6:15, he told me no I told you 5:45 which was not correct. So I hurried inside and showed the tech who was doing my nails a design that I wanted she said okay and got right to work. I got LCN this time which I’ve had in the past. The whole time of her applying the LCN it looked like this might have been new for her. I went with it as I’m not one to complain. After she was done with my nails and I got home and really looked at my nails I noticed that they are weirdly shaped and one nail is crooked. I am going to have to deal with it this time but I don’t think I’m going to come back here. It’s a lot of money for semi poor serviced unless you get someone you who is really good at their job. My nails are in such pain after my visit here yesterday I can barely type on my keyboard for work.

I went here yesterday for the first time and I had an amazing experience, if I could rate more than 5 stars I would. Beautiful place and atmosphere. Jenni did such an incredible job on my gel manicure and pedicure. I showed her a picture I found on Pinterest and the rest was history. I booked my appointment online it was so easy! I will be back!!

I am so particular about my nails and usually always find something to complain about or dislike, no matter how small..but Abby is absolutely amazing! The shape of my nails are always absolutely perfect in every way. I’ve told everyone that will listen about her and this salon and cannot say enough good things about her skills!! I mean look at these Christmas nails…are you serious!??
